Public Relations

Pricing: $2500-$5000 per month

PUBLIC RELATIONS

A. Public Relations - Our general PR services under a retainer agreement include:

maintaining consistent and proactive communications with the press and public
drafting press releases for the company
pitching ideas, newsworthy items, and/or articles to trade publications and other pertinent news outlets;
overseeing the routine submissions of new work to trade publications and other production/post-production outlets in the Film, TV, and Advertising industries

B. Media Management:

publishing and archiving new releases and press clippings on the RA website
publishing new work on the RA website, and, when appropriate, on the RA YouTube channel
meeting with/entertaining trade contacts on the company's behalf
updating and/or creating bios for the company and its personnel;
fielding any and all press-related inquiries; and
coordinating all interviews between company personnel and the media

C. Original Web Content:

creating original articles for blogs and Web sites
creating event videos for Web Marketing
creating event photo shoots for Web Marketing
creating original videos for Web Marketing (requires a seperate quote)
creating original photo shoots for Web Marketing (requires a seperate quote)

Web Marketing

Pricing: $2350 per month (6 months recommended)

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) & WEB CONTENT:

A. To help our clients raise their profiles among targeted audiences, we have developed a comprehensive menu of Web Marketing services. These include blogs, SEO-centric releases, seeding of your video content, tracking, and more. Our Web Marketing services include:

SEO - Search Engine Optimization(SEO): SEO increases the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engine links via "organic" search results for targeted keywords (keywords can be a single word or a phrase). This is accomplished by improving the ranking for the client Web site, in search engines, for those keywords.

B. SEO Reports:

Keyword Discovery - RA prepares a report that identifies the specific keywords to target for SEO. Keywords are ranked based on multiple factors like competitiveness, estimated traffic etc. Schedule - One time (The ranking of keywords changes slowly if at all).
Current rankings – A report that identifies the rankings for your website and blog (see below) for the keywords discovered in the previous report. Schedule – monthly (While rankings do change, it takes some time for SEO to work. Once a month is enough time to check and adjust SEO).

C. Content for Web Marketing (Blog Creation):

Blog Creation- A blog engine with a (one-time) design of the header and footer to integrate with the existing website. (Design only includes changes to match main web site colors and logo).
SEO-centric press release and distribution via prweb.com. Press releases will target keywords from the Keyword Discovery Report. Schedule - monthly.

D. Blog posts and Articles:

Creation of a blog engine with a (one-time) design of the header and footer to integrate with the existing website. (Design only includes changes to match main web site colors and logo).
Blog site name and set-up that will target keywords for SEO.
Blog posts will be written (weekly)that target keywords from the Keyword Discovery Report. Schedule- 1 post weekly.
SEO-centric press release (monthly) and distribution via prweb.com. Press releases will target keywords from the Keyword Discovery Report. Schedule - 1 release monthly.
NOTE: For SEO purposes, at least half of all blog posts will not target keywords. This circumvents the possibility of a "spam" tag by search engines

E. RA can generate additional content for SEO:

Additional SEO-centric press release and distribution via prweb.com: $750.
Additional blog article: $450
Additional blog post: $250

COMPETITOR TRACKING:

A. Reports:

Competitor web presence tracking - This report provides a comparison of your website for up to 5 competitors. This includes factors like number of inbound links (a measure of their "web importance"), web rankings and estimated traffic. Schedule - monthly.

LEAD CAPTURE/CONTACT FORM:

A. Content:

A lead capture/contact form placed on your website that sends leads/requests for information to specified emails. Schedule - One time, with ability to change text and fields every month.

STATISTICS:

A. Reports:

Blog statistics - Advanced real-time blog statistics. (Exact features to be determined). Schedule - Real-Time (You will be provided with a link that provides real time access to the statistics).
Blog statistics Analysis - Analysis and highlights of unusual/notable events (like a big referrer, mentions of the blog in other blogs, mentions of the blog in other websites) etc. Schedule - As needed (We will analyze your blog statistics once a month).

B. Additional Reports:

Website statistics - Advanced real-time website statistics (Exact features to be discussed): $175 per month. You will need to place and maintain specific Javascript code on each web page that is to be tracked on your website. Schedule - Real-Time (You will be provided with a link that provides real time access to the statistics).
Analysis on website statistics may be provided for an additional cost.

VIDEO DISTRIBUTION / BROADCASTING / MARKETING

A. Distribution:

Distribution to up to 3 video sites (YouTube, Revver and Viddler) - this includes distribution using titles and keywords according to SEO guidelines.
Schedule - One video per month
NOTE: Videos may be commissioned or non-commissioned, event videos, marketing videos, etc. In some cases, we may need to secure approvals from the commissioning party (advertiser/agency) before posting.

B. Reports:

Reports on the number of views generated for each video in each site, comments and ratings. Schedule - monthly.
NOTE: Original video content (i.e., marketing/promotional videos, event videos, etc) is not included in this package. Raging Artists maintains an in-house production department and can be commissioned to create original video content upon request.
