"The ability to create art and show it in this medium has always fascinated me," says Arsenal FX founder Mark Leiss, a graduate of the Grove School of Music, and a multi-talented artist with 20 years of experience in film, television, promos, and music videos.
Leiss enjoyed a successful tenure at Santa Monica-based Jigsaw Editorial, before launching Arsenal FX in October 2008. As an editor and visual effects artist, Leiss has lent his talents to many notable advertising projects, including Saab "Cycle", Honda "Dog Show", and BMW "Freeway", work that has garnered him an EMMY nomination for editing.
Once again venturing beyond the spot discipline, Leiss currently is working on a short film for director Nigel Dick. Among his first projects via Arsenal is a campaign for NFL Thursday Night Football.
