Though I speak with the tongues of men and angels
You are the center of my universe
All the stars and planets encircle your hand
And the distant figures of those who stand like shadows
Flow around us: you are the center of my universe
Every day I am drawn farther into orbit
Radiant Godhead soul of my Life's waking dream
If I were to advance too far you would consume me
Into yourself: and so I move slowly, like a fish in a giant pond
Of darkness,
Towards that light which it is my fate
And my Desire to be consumed in, endlessly
Until the Trumpet sounds
